Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team in day-to-day operations coordinate with clients assist in marketing activities and manage logistics requirements The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills customer handling experience and the ability to streamline communication between sales marketing and supply chain teams Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination Assist the sales team with order processing quotations and client communication Maintain sales records prepare reports and track sales performance Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders Handle client queries and provide timely support Marketing Activities Support in implementing marketing campaigns promotions and branding activities Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials events and exhibitions Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media updates content coordination and lead generation Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and competitor activities Logistics Operations Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of products Track shipments and ensure smooth documentation for dispatches Handle inventory coordination with warehouse operations team Ensure proper follow-up on delivery schedules and resolve any logistics issues Working Days Mon-Sat Time 9 am - 6 pm Regards Team HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
