Location Bangalore India Work Mode Hybrid 3 days a week in office Who we are At Trintech we empower Finance and Accounting teams around the world with technology that simplifies and streamlines reconciliation and close processes so they can focus on what matters most From our growing Global Capability Centres in Bangalore and Noida Trintech India plays a vital role in driving innovation scale and global support across our business While engineering is a key part of our foundation our teams in India span a variety of functions from product and technology to operations customer success and more making a global impact every day We re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation Join us to help shape the future of finance collaborate across continents and be part of a company where your time and talent truly matter THE ROLE Trintech is seeking a Website Development Manager to join our Global Marketing team This role is pivotal in managing optimizing and ensuring the continued growth of our company s online presence You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our website ensuring it aligns with our brand positions Trintech solution appropriately and supports demand generation efforts Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional website experience for both existing and new clients partners and future Trintech talent As the Website Development Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing design HR partner teams Infosec and IT to ensure our websites are visually appealing user-friendly and optimized for performance Your role will involve managing the development of Trintech com including subdomains and microsites monitoring site performance and implementing optimizations to increase conversions and user engagement WHAT YOU LL DO Lead the development and maintenance of Trintech com and our international websites ensuring they are visually appealing user-friendly and optimized for performance Owns end-to-end UX and UI design process from wireframes and prototypes to polished responsive interfaces ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience aligned with brand and business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams you will gather requirements define project scope and set timelines Own website-related projects including redesigns feature rollouts and integrations with our existing MarTech stack ensuring timely and successful execution Implement A B testing and other testing methodologies you will refine the website experience based on data-driven insights continuously iterating on design content and functionality Work closely with the Demand Generation team you will enhance conversion pathways such as lead capture forms CTAs chatbots and demo requests optimizing the website for lead generation Ensure all web development projects align with our business goals brand standards and best practices Manage Website integration with Trintech s MarTech stack Report on website performance including traffic conversion rates and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics Hotjar or similar Provide actionable insights to improve website performance where necessary Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends technologies to enhance the UX incorporating AI where applicable and best practices you will ensure our websites remain competitive and innovative Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed for web development projects Ensure the website complies with legal requirements data protection regulations e g GDPR and security best practices Develop and maintain documentation for web development processes standards and guidelines WHO YOU ARE 5 years experience planning and managing website development for a B2B SaaS organization Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field Expert knowledge of web development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript content management systems WordPress and personalization tools Experience with Marketo SFDC GA4 and SEO best practices is a plus Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong experience in optimizing web pages to improve conversion rates Willingness to take initiative and to adapt a can-do and flexible attitude Work with a global teams who are not technical Headquartered in Plano Texas Trintech has offices located across the United States India United Kingdom France Germany Ireland Netherlands Norway Sweden Denmark Australia and Singapore as well as strategic partners in South Africa Latin America and the Asia Pacific At our core Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values -
