About Quba Homes Quba Homes is a leading interior solutions and bespoke furniture manufacturing brand delivering luxurious high-end residential and commercial spaces With a strong focus on design precision craftsmanship and end-to-end execution we ensure every project is a blend of innovation and excellence Role Overview We are seeking BOM Executives with expertise in Doors Panelling and Furniture to support our production and design teams The role involves drafting Bill of Materials BOM and Cutting Lists with accuracy and efficiency ensuring seamless workflow from design to execution Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed BOMs and cutting lists for doors panelling and furniture projects Coordinate with the design production and procurement teams to ensure material accuracy Review drawings designs and specifications to extract material requirements Ensure BOMs are cost-effective accurate and aligned with project timelines Maintain and update BOM records in the system for easy accessibility Support project managers in monitoring material consumption and wastage Assist in resolving queries related to material specifications during execution Requirements Diploma Degree in Interior Design Civil Mechanical or related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in BOM preparation and cutting lists preferably in furniture interior industry Robust understanding of wood veneers laminates hardware and modular furniture components Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and related drafting tools Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills Ability to work under tight timelines with cross-functional teams Job Type Full-time Pay 11 330 82 - 50 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Narsinghpur Gurugram Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Can you start immediately Location Narsinghpur Gurugram Haryana Preferred Work Location In person
