About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Broker Corporate Leasing to lead our business in the corporate leasing space The ideal candidate should have prior experience with International Property Consultants IPCs or reputed real estate firms with a proven track record of handling corporate clients driving successful transactions and building solid industry connections Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the corporate leasing portfolio for the company Identify and engage with corporate clients brands and MNCs for office retail space requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with builders developers property owners and investors Generate manage and close leasing mandates ensuring successful transactions Handle end-to-end client relationship management from requirement gathering to deal closure Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and real estate opportunities Drive direct sales initiatives to achieve business targets Requirements Graduate Postgraduate with 5-8 years of experience in corporate leasing or commercial real estate Prior experience working with IPCs International Property Consultants or reputed real estate firms is preferred Strong network and connections with builders developers and corporate clients Proven track record of successful leasing transactions with top brands corporates Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Self-driven target-oriented and capable of leading the leasing business independently What We Offer Opportunity to lead the corporate leasing vertical Exposure to working with top brands corporates and leading developers Competitive salary performance-based incentives Growth in a fast-paced expanding real estate organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 800 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
