We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS and IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and support data-driven decision-making through effective MIS reporting The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure resolving technical issues and developing reports and dashboards to support management in monitoring business performance MIS Responsibilities Collect compile and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily weekly and monthly reports Create and maintain dashboards using Excel or other business intelligence tools Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve data accuracy Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders Assist in forecasting budgeting and performance tracking through data analysis IT Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware software and network issues across the organization Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed Coordinate with vendors for IT asset procurement and maintenance Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed Required Skills Qualifications Any Bachelor s degree 3 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and IT support Certifications in IT support networking or analytics preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience IT 3 years Required Location Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
