A Dairy Company with branches all over India needs IT MANAGER for its Ranchi branch The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in hardware maintenance with good knowledge of SAP Role Overview The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company s IT infrastructure ensuring data security smooth functioning of software applications including SAP and supporting day-to-day technology requirements This role involves overseeing laptops firewalls emails software and ERP systems to enable efficient business operations across the dairy company Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Hardware Managemento Oversee installation configuration and maintenance of laptops desktops printers and related hardware o Ensure timely troubleshooting and support for hardware issues Network Securityo Manage firewalls antivirus and endpoint security solutions to safeguard company data o Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted connectivity o Implement IT policies data security standards and regular backup processes Software Applicationso Oversee installation licensing and updates of software used across the organization o Ensure smooth functioning and integration of enterprise applications including SAP o Liaise with external vendors partners for software support and upgrades Email Communication Systemso Manage company-wide email systems and user accounts o Ensure effective communication tools MS Office 365 Google Workspace are functional and secure SAP Managemento Support SAP users across Finance HR Production and Supply Chain modules o Coordinate with SAP consultants for enhancements troubleshooting and system upgrades o Train end-users on SAP usage and best practices Team Vendor Managemento Supervise IT support staff if any and allocate tasks effectively o Negotiate with vendors for IT hardware software procurement and AMC contracts Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Master s preferred Minimum 5-8 years of IT experience Skills Strong knowledge of firewalls networking and IT security protocols Hands-on experience with SAP support and integration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Windows servers and email systems MS Exchange Office 365 Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and vendor management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Key Competencies Detail-oriented with strong focus on IT security and compliance Ability to handle multiple priorities in a quick-paced dairy manufacturing environment Proactive in identifying and implementing technology improvements to support business growth Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
