Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Finance to lead the financial operations of our telecom subcontracting business The ideal candidate will be a qualified CMA or CA with a strong background in financial management project accounting budgeting and compliance particularly in the telecom and infrastructure sectors Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Manage project-based costing and financial control across telecom subcontracting projects Monitor cash flow fund management and working capital requirements Ensure tax compliance VAT WHT Corporate Tax and handle audits and liaise with external auditors Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies Prepare management reports financial dashboards and KPIs for strategic decision-making Coordinate with procurement operations and project teams for financial governance on subcontractor payments and client billing Support strategic planning and investment analysis including feasibility and ROI studies Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements Qualifications Skills Qualified Certification CA Qualified Finalist or CMA Qualified Experience 58 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 23 years in a managerial role within the telecom construction or infrastructure sectors Strong knowledge of project accounting and telecom subcontracting financial workflows Proficient in ERP systems SAP Oracle QuickBooks or similar In-depth understanding of tax laws financial regulations and compliance frameworks Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
