We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in the service field of consumer appliances The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of service operations timely resolution of customer complaints and effective communication between customers service teams and vendors Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor service requests for consumer appliances Act as a link between customers service engineers and vendors to ensure timely complaint resolution Maintain accurate service records reports and follow-ups in the system Ensure proper documentation of all service activities Provide regular updates to customers on service status and escalate unresolved issues when required Support the service team in achieving customer satisfaction targets Requirements Degree or Diploma preferably in Electronics Electrical Mechanical or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in the service field of consumer appliances Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
