Education Masters Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield Experience Minimum 5 Years of experience including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry with major experience in talent acquisition Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Mumbai The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment and additional responsibilities including employee engagement compliance HR operations and performance management Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding for all levels of positions Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and create job descriptions HR Operations Oversee HR policies procedures and compliance with labor laws and regulations Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS Handle payroll coordination leave management and statutory compliance Employee Engagement Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture Address employee grievances and implement conflict resolution strategies Organize training and development programs for employee upskilling Performance Management Support the annual performance appraisal process including goal-setting and feedback sessions Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of HR functions in the pharma sector Hands-on experience with recruitment processes and HRMS tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
