Key Responsibilities o Ensure timely pickup delivery and drop-off of goods to client locations according to the set schedule o Verify the order details address and instructions from clients to ensure accurate deliveries o Operate delivery vehicles in a protected efficient and responsible manner o Collect payment if applicable and handle customer inquiries during the delivery process o Ensure proper documentation of deliveries including any discrepancies or issues encountered o Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the supervisor o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous professional and friendly service o Address client queries regarding delivery time product status or any delivery-related concerns o Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle o Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is ready for use o Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of goods o Adhere to environmental and safety standards during the handling of goods o Work closely with the logistics team warehouse staff and supervisors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues o Familiarity with local routes geography and traffic patterns
