The PDI Executive will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections of used vehicles to ensure they meet the dealership s quality and safety standards before being handed over to customers This role involves checking mechanical electrical and cosmetic aspects of vehicles coordinating with the service team for rectifications and maintaining inspection records to deliver a seamless customer experience Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed Pre-Delivery Inspection PDI of used cars as per dealership standards Check mechanical functions engine transmission brakes suspension steering etc Inspect electrical systems lights horn battery infotainment AC power windows etc Verify fluid levels engine oil coolant brake fluid windshield washer etc Ensure proper functioning of safety features seatbelts airbags ABS etc Conduct cosmetic checks paint dents scratches interiors upholstery tires wheels etc Test drive vehicles if required to identify hidden issues Report defects and coordinate with the workshop service team for rectifications Ensure all mandatory accessories documents and tools spare wheel jack toolkit owner s manual RC insurance papers etc are present Maintain inspection checklists records and submit daily reports to the supervisor Ensure vehicles are cleaned polished and ready for delivery Support customer delivery process when required Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of automobiles used cars preferred Familiarity with PDI checklists and quality control processes Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to identify technical and cosmetic issues quickly Positive communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge for maintaining inspection records Qualifications Experience Minimum Diploma ITI Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical field 1-3 years of experience in PDI service or quality control in the automobile industry used car experience preferred Valid driving license Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
