Client Relations Executive Job Summary Connect Plus is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relations Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients The role involves identifying new business opportunities nurturing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction to drive the company s growth in international manpower recruitment and related services Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential overseas clients Identify and generate new business opportunities in GCC and other international markets Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries ensuring timely and professional responses Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality recruitment solutions Negotiate terms finalize agreements and ensure smooth execution of projects Monitor market trends competitor activities and client feedback to improve services and business strategies Represent Connect Plus in client meetings virtual in-person and industry networking events Prepare regular reports on client interactions business development progress and revenue growth Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client relations business development or international recruitment industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English Arabic will be an added advantage Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Excellent negotiation presentation and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced workplace and achieve targets Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a leading manpower recruitment company with global exposure Professional growth and learning opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 250 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 08 2025
