Job Title Wealth Manager - Real Estate Banking Location Chembur Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our team in managing high-net-worth individuals HNWIs ultra-high-net-worth individuals UHNWIs and institutional clients This role focuses on providing tailored financial strategies with a strong emphasis on real estate investment opportunities and banking financial services The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge excellent interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset Key Responsibilities Build maintain and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Offer customized wealth management strategies with a strong emphasis on real estate investments private equity REITs and structured products Provide integrated financial planning services including tax planning estate planning and succession strategies Collaborate with internal banking and investment teams to provide holistic financial solutions Conduct due diligence and evaluate real estate deals both direct and indirect Advise clients on asset allocation credit structures and portfolio performance Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements KYC AML FATCA etc and internal policies Attend industry events and actively network to develop recent business opportunities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Real Estate or related field MBA CFP CFA BFSI is preferred 5-10 years of experience in wealth management private banking or investment advisory Proven experience managing client portfolios involving real estate assets and financial instruments Strong understanding of banking products loans credit lines treasury services and investment advisory Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship management skills Deep network of HNW UHNW clients is a plus Regulatory certifications e g Series 7 63 or relevant regional equivalents preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 3 200 000 00 - 4 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
