Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage all export-related documentation including commercial invoices packing lists bills of lading certificates of origin and shipping instructions Coordinate with logistics providers customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Laisse with internal departments to gather necessary data for documentation and reporting Ensure compliance with international trade laws customs regulations and client-specific documentation requirements On-board new international clients by facilitating documentation for account setup trade terms and export compliance Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and client communications Assist in handling Letters of Credit bank documentation and payment tracking related to overseas sales Monitor and update internal systems with shipment and order status Address and resolve any issues related to documentation or export processes Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in International Business Logistics Commerce or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or international sales support Worked in industries such as manufacturing or trading companies with global clients Experience dealing with overseas clients Strong understanding of export regulations Incoterms and global trade documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Jaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience International Sales 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
