Job Title Chartered Accountant - Fund Accounting Mutual Fund AIF Location Mumbai Experience 1-4 Years Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-4 years of experience in fund accounting for Mutual Funds Alternative Investment Funds AIF to join our audit team The role involves end-to-end fund operations management including NAV computation and regulatory compliance Candidates must be comfortable traveling across the Western and Central Line in Mumbai and be available to join immediately Key Responsibilities Perform daily weekly and monthly NAV calculations Manage SEBI and CTR reporting requirements Ensure compliance with Private Placement Memorandum PPM guidelines Monitor unit holdings subscriptions redemptions and fund transfers in out Calculate management fees performance fees and prepare distribution workings Prepare and review statement of accounts and related fund documentation Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting Candidate Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-4 years of relevant fund accounting experience Strong understanding of Mutual Funds AIF operations and related compliance requirements Familiar with SEBI regulations and fund documentation processes Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools Willingness to travel across Western and Central Line locations in Mumbai Immediate joiners preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 900 000 00 - 1 100 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s We are looking to fill in this position urgently Are you available to join immediately Experience Fund Accounting 1 year Required Location Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 04 08 2025
