We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage our presence on the Government e-Marketplace GeM portal The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GeM portal s operations compliance and best practices and will be responsible for end-to-end management including product listing bid participation and documentation Key Responsibilities List current products and services as per the latest guidelines including pricing descriptions and specifications Monitor and respond to bids tenders RFQs on a regular basis Ensure timely submission of bids with all necessary documentation Track orders update delivery status and coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment Maintain compliance with all GeM rules and policies including documentation and certifications Regularly update catalogue items and pricing based on market trends and business requirements Generate and submit performance reports as required Stay updated with any changes in GeM policies or features Identify high-potential product categories and optimize listings to increase visibility and drive revenue through the GeM portal Work proactively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and creating strategies for business growth Maintain relationships with relevant government departments or officers and where possible leverage past connections to enhance visibility and drive sales on the GeM platform Requirements Proven experience managing accounts on the GeM portal Thorough understanding of government procurement processes and compliance norms Ability to manage documentation and tender submissions independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type Freelance Contract length 6 months Pay From 10 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
