Quality Control Pilot Batch Executive 1 Pilot Batch Execution - Operate lab-scale reactors for trial and development batches of insulating varnishes enamels and resins - Monitor temperature viscosity acid value solids and gel time during each pilot run - Coordinate with R D Production teams to translate lab results into scalable production formulas - Maintain detailed batch records and observations for all development runs 2 Raw Material Testing - Perform standard QC tests on all incoming raw materials monomers solvents catalysts plasticizers pigments etc - Follow internal test methods ASTM IEC methods where applicable - Validate supplier COAs and highlight deviations to procurement QA teams - Ensure traceability of RM lots and maintain raw material retain samples 3 Quality Assurance - Maintain calibration logs of lab instruments viscometer B4 cup pH meter hot plate weighing scales etc - Help implement and follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 protocols - Assist in documentation for internal audits customer audits and product certifications 4 Documentation Reporting - Record and update pilot batch data QC results and test certificates in lab logs and digital formats - Share batch summary reports with the Technical Head and Product Development team Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Work Location In person
