Position - Plant Head Location - Dasna Ghaziabad Experience - 5-12 year Key Responsibilities 1 Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the plant 2 Monitor production output quality and resource utilization 3 Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications 4 Ensure effective utilization of manpower machinery and materials 5 Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and industry norms 6 Lead mentor and motivate the production and support teams 7 Prepare and manage plant operational budgets 8 Prepare and submit regular production and performance reports to management 9 Implement and monitor quality control procedures 10 Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning and decision-making Qualifications Experience 1 Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering 2 Minimum 6-12 years of experience in fabrication manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior management role 3 Strong knowledge of welding cutting bending assembly and related fabrication processes 4 Solid knowledge of welding cutting bending assembly and related fabrication processes 5 Proficiency in MS Office ERP and production management tools 6 Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
