Job Information Date Opened 08 04 2025 Job Type Full time Industry IT Services Remote Job This is a remote position Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Database Migration Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end migrations of Oracle databases across platforms including on-premises to cloud Azure AWS cross-region migrations and transitions from Oracle Exadata to virtual machines or Cloud PaaS The role demands deep technical expertise in Oracle database technologies cloud infrastructure and various Oracle migration tools Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end migration of Oracle databases across platforms On-Prem Azure AWS cross-region Oracle Exadata VM Cloud PaaS Design and implement migration strategies using tools like RMAN Data Pump GoldenGate Zero Downtime Migration ZDM Oracle Cloud Lift Services etc based on RTO RPO needs Conduct compatibility assessments pre-migration validations and benchmarking pre post migration for performance optimization Define and review High-Level Design HLD and Low-Level Design LLD documents including architecture storage layout replication and network connectivity Collaborate with infrastructure application and cloud teams to manage cutover rollback plans and disaster recovery DR setup Ensure minimal downtime data integrity and system stability throughout the migration lifecycle
