Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Associate with a strong foundation in email marketing campaign setup and execution and a broader interest in digital marketing social media management affiliate partnerships and lead generation This role is ideal for someone technically proficient results-driven and excited about driving growth through multichannel campaigns Key Responsibilities Plan set up execute and monitor email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp Sendinblue or similar Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-impact email templates Manage and grow social media presence especially on LinkedIn by creating and scheduling posts engaging with followers and tracking analytics Assist with lead sourcing and outreach efforts using LinkedIn databases and marketing tools Research and connect with potential affiliate partners and influencers to drive referral traffic Track KPIs across campaigns and provide regular reports with performance insights and improvement recommendations Support broader brand and marketing initiatives as needed across digital and traditional platforms What We re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles Hands-on experience with email platforms e g Mailchimp Klaviyo HubSpot or equivalent Strong understanding of digital channels - especially LinkedIn Instagram and B2B marketing Comfortable working with lead generation tools and CRMs Basic design and copywriting skills are a plus Canva Adobe ChatGPT etc Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience in affiliate or partnership marketing Familiarity with UK or international audiences Previous exposure to outsourcing or fintech environments Why Join Us Work with a growing team that supports one of the UK s most respected currency exchange brands Build marketing campaigns that directly impact brand growth and customer acquisition Learn from senior leadership in a collaborative agile setting Market-competitive salary and performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 02 08 2025
