Role responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks employee referrals headhunting Screen resumes and applications shortlisting qualified candidates based on job requirements Conduct interviews both in-person and via phone or video to assess candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers ensuring timely and efficient communication Managing the end to end onboarding process Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process maintaining a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the keka software or recruitment database Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or partners when needed managing relationships and ensuring adherence to service level agreements Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment incorporating them into the company s hiring strategies Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies sourcing techniques and best practices Preferred candidate profile Any graduate Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with 2 years of experience Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience Recruitment 2 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
