Job Title Design Engineer 1-2 Yrs Experience Location Nashik Company BRICSPAC India Pvt Ltd Department Engineering Design Employment Type Full time Position Summary BRICSPAC India Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated detail-oriented and skilled Design Engineer with approximately 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in mechanical or product design The successful candidate will play a key role in the conceptualization design and development of engineering solutions that meet both functional and manufacturing requirements This position involves collaboration across multiple departments to ensure that design output aligns with quality cost and timeline objectives Primary Responsibilities Develop accurate 3D models 2D engineering drawings and comprehensive technical documentation using industry-standard CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD or Creo Analyze existing product designs to identify areas for improvement and implement modifications based on performance evaluations manufacturing feasibility or testing feedback Contribute actively to the product development lifecycle from concept and design through prototyping validation and production support Ensure all designs comply with applicable functional specifications safety standards cost targets and manufacturing capabilities Work collaboratively with internal teams including production quality assurance procurement and project management to streamline the transition from design to manufacturing Execute basic engineering calculations tolerance analysis and fit function assessments to validate design intent and ensure reliability Maintain a well-organized archive of design documents drawings revisions and supporting information ensuring adherence to company standards and document control practices Participate in design reviews cross-functional meetings and support product testing to ensure continuous improvement and innovation Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a design engineering role preferably in a product development or manufacturing environment Strong command of 2D 3D CAD design software including SolidWorks AutoCAD Creo or similar platforms Sound understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD T material selection and various manufacturing techniques such as machining casting or sheet metal fabrication Ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings BOMs and technical specifications with a high level of accuracy Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and design efficiency Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team Desirable Preferred Skills Experience using Product Data Management PDM or Product Lifecycle Management PLM systems Knowledge of international design standards such as ISO ASME or other industry norms Practical experience working with sheet metal parts castings or precision machined components How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their updated resume to hr nsk bricspac com with the subject line Application for Design Engineer - Nashik Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation and interview rounds Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
