Job Title Site Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior design project execution at various sites The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work quality coordinating with contractors and labourers and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Site Management Supervision Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow Monitor and supervise labourers subcontractors and vendors on-site Ensure work is completed as per the approved design quality standards and project timeline Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues proactively Project Coordination Coordinate with project managers designers and procurement teams for material availability and execution Ensure all construction and interior fit-out activities align with design specifications and client requirements Maintain communication between the site team and office for updates and approvals Quality Control Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations Conduct quality checks to ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards Report and resolve any on-site issues defects or discrepancies in execution Reporting Documentation Maintain daily site reports progress updates and attendance records of workers Track material usage deliveries and inventory on-site Report project progress to management and escalate delays or concerns Key Requirements Education Experience Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in site supervision preferably in the interior design or construction industry Preference for male candidates Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of interior fit-out processes materials and construction techniques Ability to read and interpret design drawings and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in site reporting documentation and basic MS Office skills Understanding of safety regulations and compliance Work Location Reporting Location Ernakulam Reports to Project Manager Operations Head Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowance if applicable Performance-based incentives Other benefits as per company policy Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Preferred Work Location In person
