We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the construction sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities building relationships with clients and partners and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction markets Build and maintain solid relationships with real estate developers contractors architects consultants investors and government bodies Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas Generate leads through networking cold calling attending industry events and digital platforms Develop and deliver effective presentations proposals and quotations tailored to client needs Collaborate with internal teams sales marketing legal project management to execute deals and ensure smooth client onboarding Track sales performance prepare regular reports and meet exceed revenue targets Stay updated on industry developments government policies RERA guidelines and regulatory changes affecting real estate and construction Participate in promotional events exhibitions and trade shows to enhance brand visibility Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Civil Engineering or related field Proven track record in business development sales within the real estate or construction industry Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with real estate laws documentation and project lifecycle is a plus Key Skills Business development Client relationship management Market analysis Negotiation closing skills Strategic planning Knowledge of real estate and construction industry Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English and Kannada Preferred Work Location In person
