Key Responsibilities Project Planning Coordination Assist the Project Manager in creating project timelines schedules and milestones Coordinate with designers site teams vendors and contractors for smooth workflow and task execution Maintain and update project trackers minutes of meetings MOMs and action plans on a daily weekly basis Client Interaction Updates Serve as the key liaison between clients and the internal team Schedule and participate in client meetings site visits and provide regular updates Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary Vendor Contractor Management Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and ensure timely deliveries Follow up with contractors labor to maintain schedules and quality standards Support cost control by assisting in negotiations and monitoring project budgets Site Coordination Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and adherence to design specifications Coordinate logistics material delivery and labor deployment for on-site activities Communicate site challenges to the Project Manager with recommendations Documentation Compliance Maintain up-to-date project files including contracts drawings BOQs and invoices Ensure all licenses permissions and safety standards are adhered to during execution Assist in documentation for final handover and project closure Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in interior project coordination or similar roles Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office project tracking tools and basic knowledge of interior drawings Willingness to travel to project sites regularly Job Type Full time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
