Job Title MEP Engineer Location Bangalore Karnataka Experience 3-5 Years Languages Preferred Kannada Tamil Telugu We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems for architectural and interior design projects The ideal candidate should be well-versed in site coordination project execution and technical problem-solving especially in the commercial and corporate workspace sector Key Responsibilities Plan design and oversee implementation of MEP systems across residential commercial and corporate interior projects Coordinate with architects designers contractors and clients to ensure MEP integration with overall project designs Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during project execution Review technical drawings prepare BOQs and assist in cost estimations Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports as needed Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule Candidate Requirements Degree Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP execution preferably in interior or corporate workspace projects Proficiency in MEP design software and AutoCAD Robust technical understanding of HVAC electrical plumbing and fire-fighting systems Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills Fluent in Kannada Tamil or Telugu preferred for effective site coordination Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
