SaaS Modernization Lead to spearhead our enterprise-wide SaaS modernization initiatives This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the transformation of legacy platforms into scalable secure and cloud-native SaaS solutions The role demands a strong blend of technical depth product thinking stakeholder management and people leadership Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and lead the SaaS modernization strategy and roadmap aligned with long-term business goals Partner with business product and technology leaders to prioritize modernization initiatives and enable faster time-to-market Architecture Oversight Oversee the re-architecture of monolithic systems to cloud-native microservices-based multi-tenant SaaS platforms Lead evaluation and implementation of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP ensuring scalability security and compliance Execution Delivery Manage multiple modernization workstreams across cross-functional engineering DevOps security and product teams Establish governance frameworks for modernization including architecture reviews DevOps maturity and KPI tracking Team Vendor Leadership Build and mentor high-performing architecture and modernization teams Engage with external vendors system integrators or cloud service providers as needed Risk Compliance Ensure modernization initiatives meet compliance standards SOC2 ISO GDPR and incorporate best practices in data security tenant isolation observability and disaster recovery Communication Influence Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive leadership on key transformation decisions Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications experience in enterprise software or product development with at least experience in SaaS transformation or architecture leadership Proven experience in modernizing legacy applications into multi-tenant SaaS solutions Deep expertise in cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP containerization Docker Kubernetes DevSecOps and CI CD pipelines Strong understanding of SaaS business models billing frameworks and usage-based architecture Hands-on experience with API management event-driven design and data modernization Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional engineering teams and external partners Why join Genpact Be a transformation leader -
