Company Affordplan Position Senior Marketing Manager Experience - 6-10 years Location - Bangalore Gurgaon - 6 Days Working 5 Days WFO Saturdays WFH About Affordplan Affordplan is a new age fintech headquartered in Gurgaon With a vision to improve access to healthcare by enhancing affordability Affordplan operates at the intersection of healthcare and finance Its flagship product Affordplan Swasth offers tailored solutions for both healthcare providers and seekers Affordplan has partnered with 150 hospitals across the country and has a solid presence in 20 cities serving numerous patient families Eligibility 1 Bachelor s Degree master s degree Preferred in Marketing or similar 2 Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience 3 Experience in B2C will be preferred Role 1 Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies 2 Experience in managing marketing campaigns and driving brand growth 3 Prior experience if having managed ATL and BTL campaigns 4 Should have experience handling PR and media relations 5 Familiarity with market analysis and research 6 Strong leadership and team management skills 7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8 Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions 9 Experience in the healthcare or fintech industry is a plus
