Job Title Manager SCM HEAD Working Days Monday to Saturday Roles Responsibilities Male Candidate will be responsible end to end process of SCM For entire Mumbai maharashtra Ctc upto 35 LPA Education Experience required Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain e g use of trucks forklifts Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards Analysis of slow moving and obsolete stock and suggest to replenish stock Male candidates with min 10 years and above years of experience Knowledge of ISO is a must Group level Experience is a must Should have handled multiple SKQ Order Revenue Logistics EOU experience is a must Knowledge of EXIM is a must Exim is must Must have team handling experience as well Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company at sites and in the factory Warehouse Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production reorder levels Analyzes current inventories and procedures suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety implements subsequent changes to processes Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading unloading movement and storage of materials Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers vendors and or logistics partner Participates as an advisory member of the product development team providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials Monitors the performance of suppliers assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements identifies and qualifies current suppliers in collaboration with other departments Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues Evaluate and report on KPIs Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly Resolve issues that come up e g delays in delivery accidents Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have 10 year of experience from manufacturing can apply with hardcore experience of SCM along with team handling experience Do you have experience into Knowledge of ISO and have handled multiple SKQ do you have Knowledge of EXIM Order Revenue vendor management procuremnets vendor managemnt sock handling SCM Maangemnet Where do you stay in Mumbai and or you ready to relocate Mumbai This job required travelling for Mumbai and Maharashtra Work Location In person
