Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Business Development Manager BDM with a strong background in US IT Staffing The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by targeting Direct Clients Implementation Partners and Tier-1 Vendors The role requires strong client onboarding skills proven experience in lead generation and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships Key Responsibilities Identify pursue and acquire current clients for us Build strategic relationships with Direct Clients Implementation Partners and Tier-1 Vendors Generate leads through cold calling LinkedIn networking events referrals and email campaigns Negotiate and close contracts ensuring rapid client onboarding and smooth transitions to the delivery team Collaborate with the recruiting team to align business development efforts with available talent pools Meet and exceed sales targets KPIs and revenue goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development for US IT Staffing Strong network and knowledge of Direct Clients Implementation Partners and Tier-1 Vendors Excellent communication negotiation and client handling skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment Experience with various sourcing tools ATS CRM systems and MS Office Suite Must be comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing HR or a related field Existing client contacts or proven track record of fast client onboarding Ability to start immediately or within short notice is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Application Question s How many Clients do you have How Frequently do you close positions with your clients What promise can you give us to deliver How many Implementation clients do you have How many Direct Clients do you have How many Prime vendors you work with Experience Healthcare BDM US STAFFING 1 year Required Lead generation 1 year Required Client handling 1 year Required Work Location Remote
