Royal Enfield PGS Motors is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations of our showroom in Puri The ideal candidate should be results-driven tech-savvy and capable of managing both Sales and Service teams Qualifications MBA in Business Administration required 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role required Solid computer skills and knowledge of showroom software Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily showroom operations - Sales Service and Administration Monitor performance of sales and service teams and guide them to meet targets Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer handling Plan and execute sales strategies promotional events and marketing activities Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure issue resolution Maintain and review showroom stock inventory and order levels Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports sales data Ensure all standard operating procedures SOPs are followed Oversee employee training discipline and performance reviews Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term retention Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and showroom standards Monitor cost control budgeting and expense management Ensure a clean organized and customer-friendly showroom environment Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Application Question s Do you have 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role at a showroom Have you ever handled customer complaints or escalations directly Can you manage both Sales and Service teams and ensure coordination between departments Work Location In person
