Job Summary IDEA Center is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Career Consultants to expand our student base This is a purely commission-based role where you will be responsible for independently identifying attracting counseling and enrolling prospective students into our career-focused programs The successful consultant will leverage their own networks marketing strategies and persuasive communication skills to drive enrollments with a direct impact on their earning potential Please note IDEA Center will not provide any pre-existing student leads or data Key Responsibilities Independent Lead Generation Proactively identify and engage prospective students through various channels e g personal networks educational institutions online platforms career fairs workshops cold outreach Student Counseling Conduct in-depth counseling sessions to understand students career aspirations academic backgrounds and interests and effectively match them with suitable IDEA Center courses Program Promotion Clearly articulate the unique selling propositions of IDEA Center s programs including hands-on training live projects expert mentors 100 job guarantee paid internships and industry-recognized certifications including Google Certifications Relationship Building Develop and maintain solid relationships with students and their families acting as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and student demographics to refine outreach strategies Compensation You will receive a commission of INR 10 000 - for each student who successfully enrolls and completes the admission process at IDEA Center through your direct referral Job Types Part-time Freelance Volunteer Work Location Remote
