Position Electrical Maintenance Head Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Maintenance Head to oversee and lead our electrical maintenance department The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation timely maintenance and compliance with safety standards across all electrical systems within the facility Key Responsibilities Area Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team Plan schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across Transformer panels and Swithgears Ensure minimal downtime of operations due to electrical failures Maintain safety compliance as per statutory and company standards Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as required Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance logs and equipment history Desired Candidate Profile Degree Diploma in Electrical Engineering 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance preferably in a manufacturing industrial environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems panels drives and safety protocols Leadership skills with experience in handling a team Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and breakdowns Job Type Full time Pay 600 000 00 - 750 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
