Job Title Manager - Accounts Finance Location Kolkata Department Finance Accounts Reports to CFO Experience Required 4-7 years preferred Education CA is must Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts Finance to lead the financial reporting and analysis functions of our organization The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounts finalisation preparing MIS reports conducting data analysis and coordinating internal and statutory audits This role also requires the flexibility to undertake additional finance-related responsibilities as per organizational requirements Key Responsibilities Accounts Finalisation Supervise the preparation and finalisation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements as per statutory and regulatory guidelines Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards Ind AS GAAP Manage year-end closing and coordinate with auditors for financial disclosures Data Analysis Analyze financial data to support decision-making budgeting and forecasting Provide insights on cost optimization profitability and financial risks Identify trends variances and business performance indicators MIS Reports to the Management Prepare and present regular MIS reports dashboards and financial summaries for senior management Track key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives Assist in budgeting and variance analysis reports Handling Internal Statutory Audits Coordinate with internal auditors to ensure timely completion of internal audits Liaise with statutory auditors for annual audits and compliance requirements Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations Other Responsibilities Manage cash flow planning working capital management and banking operations Ensure compliance with all tax regulatory and statutory filings GST TDS ROC etc Perform any other duties and assignments as required by the organization s leadership Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAP Tally Oracle etc Proven ability to manage audits and handle regulatory compliances Leadership ability to manage a small finance team Job Type Full time Pay 70 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC Experience in Big 4 are Deloitte EY KPMG and PwC 3 years Required Chartered Accountant - Accounts Finance 3 years Required Language Bengali Required Work Location In person
