About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our software development team In this role you will support the project management team in delivering high-quality software solutions by ensuring effective coordination tracking and communication across departments If you re someone who enjoys working with tech teams managing timelines and ensuring smooth execution this role is for you Key Responsibilities Coordinate between developers QA designers and clients to ensure project milestones are met Track daily progress of multiple software development projects Prepare project documentation meeting notes and progress reports Identify and flag project risks or blockers and escalate where needed Maintain project timelines and task schedules using tools like Jira Trello or Asana Schedule sprint meetings demos and client calls Support the Project Manager in tracking deliverables timelines and client communication Ensure proper documentation of all change requests and client feedback Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Business or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination role within a tech or software company Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Good understanding of the software development lifecycle SDLC Excellent communication and time management skills Proficient in tools like Jira Confluence Trello MS Excel and Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Technical background or understanding of software development practices Certification in Agile Scrum PMP or related project management frameworks Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
