We are looking candidates for only BCom MCom professionals for the position of Executive - Accounts Finance to work in our organization for for immediate joining Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP SAP Handle Accounts Payable vendor payments and Accounts Receivable customer collections Prepare journal entries general ledger reconciliation and month-end year-end closing Ensure proper documentation and filing of vouchers invoices and receipts Financial Management Reporting Preparation of Financial Statements Provisional Balance sheets P L segment wise Cash flows Fund flows Balance sheets MIS reports budgets and forecasts Support monthly quarterly annual financial reporting to management Monitor bank transactions reconciliations and fund flows Prepare cost analysis and variance reports as required Taxation Compliance Handle GST TDS PF ESI and other statutory compliance Support in preparation and filing of tax returns Coordinate with auditors statutory internal tax GST audits Ensure compliance with Companies Act Income Tax and other regulatory requirements Internal Controls Support Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures Assist in internal external audits and provide necessary data Liaise with banks vendors and consultants for financial transactions Support management in cost control initiatives and financial planning Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles Indian taxation laws GST TDS Income Tax Proficiency in Tally ERP SAP or other accounting software Good MS Excel financial analysis skills Good knowledge on EPFO and ESIC ECR filing and returns Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under deadlines and multitask Qualifications Experience Education B Com M Com Experience 3-5 years in Accounts Finance function Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 42 500 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
