We are hiring a Student Outreach Sales Executive to manage institutional visits student engagement programs and field-level promotional activities across Kerala The role includes conducting awareness sessions coordinating events generating inquiries and supporting student acquisition efforts Applicants must submit a short self-introduction video as part of the application Key Responsibilities Visit schools colleges and educational hubs as per scheduled outreach plans Conduct awareness talks workshops and interactive student sessions Build and maintain relationships with Principals HODs teachers and community partners Collect and update student parent information accurately in the CRM Support offline marketing activities such as brochures posters standees and event setups Develop community networks and local engagement contacts Generate inquiries and student interest through outreach programs and events Participate in education fairs expos campus events and public activities Identify potential collaboration opportunities with institutions Share insights on outreach performance and suggest improvements Coordinate follow-ups with Sales and Counseling teams Encourage student walk-ins and inquiries to learning centers Maintain organized logs of visits interactions and daily activities Submit daily weekly and monthly activity reports Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline 0-3 years of experience in sales outreach or offline BTL marketing Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam Ability to handle travel events and field activities independently Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala Knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and Google Workspace Mandatory Short self-introduction video along with the application Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary Work Location In person
