Job Title Accounts Executive - Flexible Packaging Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities in the manufacturing unit The role involves handling voucher entries sales and purchase invoices E-way bills E-invoices GST and TDS using Tally Prime The candidate should ensure accurate financial records statutory compliance and timely reporting to management Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime Handle voucher entries BRS and journal entries accurately Prepare and process sales invoices and purchase invoices Generate and manage E-way bills and E-invoices as per GST norms Maintain records and ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements Assist in monthly reconciliations bank vendor and customer accounts Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data during audits Support management with MIS reports and other financial summaries Required Skills Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel Solid understanding of GST TDS and accounting principles Experience in handling accounts for manufacturing units preferred Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines Education B Com M Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting preferably in a manufacturing unit Software Skills Proficient in Tally Prime MS Excel and basic accounting software tools Other Skills Attention to detail accuracy in data entry and ability to meet reporting deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
