Key Responsibilities Manage daily production operations and ensure smooth functioning of all packaging machines Handle machine installation operation servicing and troubleshooting Coordinate with the design engineering team for machine development and modifications Lead process automation projects to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention Continuously work on production efficiency waste reduction and cost optimization Act as Team Lead for operators and technicians on the shop floor Plan and execute preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team Ensure adherence to quality standards SOPs and safety guidelines Drive continuous improvement initiatives for better output and performance Key Skills Requirements BE Diploma in Mechanical Production or related engineering field Mandatory experience in the packaging industry Solid knowledge of packaging machinery automation systems and maintenance practices Proven ability in team handling and leadership Good problem-solving process improvement and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 50 757 57 - 60 538 18 per month Work Location In person
