Assistant Event Manager - TKC Position Type Full-Time Permanent Location TKC Department Events Operations Reporting To Event Manager Project Head Key Responsibilities 1 Event Planning Coordination Support the Event Manager in planning structuring and executing all TKC events Coordinate with vendors suppliers partners and internal teams Assist in preparing event timelines task lists checklists and flow plans 2 Communication Client Handling Maintain smooth communication with exhibitors clients sponsors and participants Handle queries and ensure timely resolutions Coordinate with marketing team for event promotions 3 On-Ground Event Support Supervise event setup stall arrangements branding placement and logistics Ensure that all event elements are executed as per plan Manage volunteer teams support staff and temporary crew 4 Operations Administration Prepare daily reports event progress updates documentation Maintain data of exhibitors vendors and visitors Assist with billing payments follow-up coordination with accounts team 5 Quality Control Standards Ensure TKC s event quality safety protocols and professionalism are maintained Handle last-minute changes effectively and calmly 6 Post-Event Responsibilities Support in event closure material return feedback collection and final reporting Required Skills Competencies Strong communication interpersonal skills Good command over coordination and multitasking Basic understanding of event marketing operations Ability to work under pressure during event days Problem-solving abilities leadership mindset Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Qualifications Graduate in Any Field Event Management Course Optional but preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in events operations freshers with passion can apply Additional Requirements Flexible to work late hours during events Strong commitment to timelines and responsibilities Positive attitude and ability to manage teams Job Types Full time Permanent Internship Contractual Temporary Pay 12 326 27 - 41 512 28 per month Work Location In person
