bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future We are looking forward to hire SAP MM WM Professionals in the following areas To be able to support exponential growth over the years Client is expanding our IT operations in Pune We have an immediate need of SAP Configuration Sr Analyst in WM Warehouse Management area This position will Interface regularly with Business Stakeholders and IT Development teams to ensure that business requirements are met As a Senior Functional Analyst you will work closely with Functional Leads Solution Architects Development and Business Analysts amongst others in a highly collaborative environment for all phases of the SDLC including driving requirements gathering design set-up activities configuration testing deployment and user support for SAP and other IT applications solutions The position holder must be able to thrive in an environment where change is constant Our approach will necessitate close communication and collaboration with others requiring solid communication and interpersonal skills This position Interfaces with and provides updates to Management on a day-to-day basis Responsibilities Provide systems and technical support as required to the business i e SAP WM OE etc to ensure business continuity and efficiency Have proven ability to implement SAP WM and other enhancements in support of business requirements Participate in the full SDLC scoping business requirements design development QA deployment post-implementation support for miscellaneous enhancements and large-scale projects including estimations Assist management in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests and or projects estimating effort and timelines Ensure compliance with IS governance and procedures Provide training in system solutions and other tools as needed Work with distributed teams across various time zones Interface with Business Stakeholders IT infrastructure teams and Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT with Business Clients Attitude and ability to learn other SAP Logistics modules to help the team in resolving issues of SAP LE SD Module Skills Experience A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Materials Management Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management is a must Minimum 6 years of experience to set up WM modules involving Warehouse Design Inventory Tracking Receiving and Put away Strategy Pick-and-Pack Shipping Reporting among others Must have the knowledge and experience working with SAP Console and RF handheld configurations Experience in translating ABAP related development requirement including Reports Transactions User exits BADI Enhancements Query LSMW etc Configuration of system integration points between SAP MM WM and SD modules Act as subject matter expert SME in assigned business and technical domains with an excellent understanding of business and system processes Work with business users to help them determine business requirements and translate them to system requirements Make software configuration changes to support business processes Conduct functional testing of developed configured solutions and provide initial support when moved to production Create and deliver BRDs CRDs and other user documentation as necessary to ensure proper inventory and use of changed and newly implemented efforts At least 3 full lifecycles SAP system Implementation configuration experience in Warehouse Management is required Excellent organization communication analysis and planning skills Work experience within an environment following a structured SDLC methodology Ability to drive discussion change with Business users Proven experience of testing complex test plans scripts Proficient in MS Office suite Word Excel PowerPoint Access Visio software Strong and polished English communication both written and oral Preferred Certified in SAP WM Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using SAP Console ITS Mobile RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design Deep understanding of business skills and procedures At YASH you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning unlearning and relearning at a rapid pace and scale Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles Flexible work arrangements Free spirit and emotional positivity Agile self-determination trust transparency and open collaboration All Support needed for the realization of business goals Stable employment with a outstanding atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
