Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about travel and customer interaction As a Telecaller Executive you will be responsible for connecting with potential travelers understanding their travel preferences and creating personalized travel itineraries and packages Key Responsibilities Call potential customers to explain travel packages domestic international destinations Understand client requirements such as destination budget duration and travel dates Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client needs Follow up with leads via calls WhatsApp and email to close bookings Maintain daily records of inquiries follow-ups and conversions in CRM Coordinate with travel vendors hotels transport etc for rates and bookings Provide excellent customer support before and after travel Skills Required Good communication skills in English Hindi Basic knowledge of popular tourist destinations Manali Goa Kerala Dubai etc Computer literacy MS Excel Word Email handling Positive attitude confidence and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and meet targets Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass Graduate in any stream Freshers are welcome training will be provided Job Types Full time Fresher Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
