Job Title Inventory Management Executive Software Busy Operations Location Baloda Bazar J39R G87 Bharuwadih Chhattisgarh About the Role We are a busy operations team looking for a responsible Inventory Management Executive to manage daily stock control using inventory software The role includes hands-on stock handling accurate data entry stock reconciliation and reporting to ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment Key Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory records in the company s inventory management software daily Receive inspect and record incoming stock raise receipts in the system Record dispatches and update stock movements accurately Perform regular physical stock counts and cycle counts identify and investigate discrepancies Reconcile physical stock with system data and prepare discrepancy reports Generate daily weekly monthly inventory and stock movement reports for management Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding shortages returns and damaged goods Maintain proper labeling storage records and FIFO FEFO practices Assist in implementing process improvements and updating SOPs Support audits and follow inventory control policies Required Qualifications Skills Diploma or graduate in any discipline preferred 1-4 years experience in inventory control storekeeping or related roles Experience with inventory software is an advantage Solid computer skills MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Familiarity with Tally Zoho ERP WMS or willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and team coordination skills Basic knowledge of stock handling warehouse safety Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock Preferred Prior experience with computerized inventory systems Local candidates from Baloda Bazar Raipur region preferred Male candidate only Working Hours Timing 8 00 AM to 8 00 PM Weekly Off No weekly off Paid Leave 3 days paid leave per month Benefits Salary 22 000 per month Growth opportunities into supervisory roles How to Apply WhatsApp Call 91-(phone hidden) Send your Resume along with a short introduction mentioning your current salary Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
