Key Responsibilities Counsel students on overseas education courses universities admission visa requirements Handle walk-ins calls and online inquiries follow up and convert leads into counselling sessions and applications Assist students with application forms documentation and coordination with international universities Maintain and update student data leads and follow-up status in the CRM Work closely with senior counsellors management on outreach marketing and meeting enrollment targets Skills Qualities Required Excellent communication skills spoken written English local language is a plus Solid interpersonal skills empathy and student-handling abilities Basic customer-service sales mindset active follow-ups and conversions Detail-oriented and organized in managing documents and student records Passionate about overseas education with a willingness to learn Freshers or up to 1 year of experience training will be provided Job Types Full-time Internship Pay 11 287 02 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
