About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Researcher to support our Sales team by identifying collecting and validating data that drives business growth This role involves researching potential leads analyzing market trends and ensuring high-quality data is available for effective outreach and decision-making Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Data research with a target driven approach to identify prospective clients industries and business opportunities with focus on accuracy and efficiency Build and maintain accurate databases of leads and contacts Gather information from multiple sources websites LinkedIn industry reports tools etc and validate data for accuracy and completeness Work closely with the Sales team to provide insights that support lead generation and pipeline development Track clean and update CRM data regularly to ensure quality Assist in preparing research-based reports presentations and dashboards for sales campaigns Stay updated with industry trends competitors and market changes relevant to target segments RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Data Analytics or a related field 1-2 years of experience in data research lead generation or a similar role Experience in B2B IT industry is a must Solid research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from diverse sources Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot Zoho or Salesforce is a plus Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams Good to HaveFamiliarity with sales intelligence tools e g LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Apollo Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools
