About the Role We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and storytelling across social platforms As part of our interior design team you ll play a key role in showcasing our projects brand aesthetics and design philosophy to attract current clients and engage design enthusiasts Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm s brand identity marketing goals and target audience Manage day-to-day posting and content across platforms Instagram Facebook Pinterest LinkedIn etc Create visually compelling content including photos videos reels and stories that highlight projects behind-the-scenes work design trends and company culture Collaborate with the design team to translate projects into shareable digital stories Plan and maintain the social media content calendar ensuring consistent and timely posting Monitor and analyze performance metrics reach engagement followers inquiries and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and foster an active online community Stay up-to-date with interior design trends digital marketing innovations and platform algorithm changes Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Design or related field 1-4 years of experience in social media management preferably in interior design architecture or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design aesthetics Proficiency with social media tools Meta Business Suite Later Hootsuite Canva Adobe Creative Suite etc Excellent writing editing and communication skills Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotion strategies Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A creative eye and passion for interior design and architecture Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
