Intenim Technologies Pvt Ltd is an IT products and service company In Jan 18 our company ventured into e-commerce domain and launched brand VOILA which is ecommerce business consultancy services vertical Today VOILA has many business niches namely VOILA BIZ VOILA STUDIO VOILA RETAIL VOILA KART and VOILA GLOBAL Job Title Senior HR Location Sector 48 Gurugram Experience 1-3 years Working Days 6 days working WF0 Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional encompassing recruitment generalist functions HR policies payroll policy creation and implementation The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the organization s strategic goals Roles Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies procedures and best practices Develop update and communicate HR policies procedures and employee handbooks ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics including compliance training performance management and employee relations Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with current legislation Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and methods Basic knowledge of HR softwares Actively managing the attendance of employees on regular basis Qualifications Full time Bachelors masters degree preferred in HR or related field Minimum of 1 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated expertise in recruitment operations HR policies Manual payroll and HRIS Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices employment laws and HR policies and procedures Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and resolve complex HR issues Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
