Sales Support Executive Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in preparing quotations managing MIS reports and coordinating with internal departments Knowledge of basic accounting will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations for clients Maintain and update MIS reports sales data and documentation Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and follow-ups Work closely with the accounts team for billing payment tracking and related tasks Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support Assist in preparing sales presentations reports and proposals Maintain records of inquiries quotations and sales activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Commerce preferred Robust knowledge of MIS Excel and reporting tools Ability to prepare accurate quotations Basic understanding of accounts will be an added advantage Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Preferred Skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 595 61 - 30 629 16 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
