Job description Key Responsibilities Prepare the operation theater with necessary surgical instruments sterile drapes and equipment Ensure all surgical tools are sterilized and functioning properly before procedures Assist in patient positioning and preparation under the direction of surgical or nursing staff Hand surgical instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants during operations Monitor and maintain a sterile setting throughout the procedure Handle specimens collected during surgery and ensure correct labeling and transport Clean and disinfect surgical areas post-operation and restock supplies for the next procedure Dispose of waste materials according to hospital safety protocols and infection control standards Support anesthesiologists with equipment setup and monitoring as needed Maintain inventory and request restocking of surgical supplies and equipment Qualifications Diploma or Certificate in Operation Theater Technology Prior experience in a hospital or surgical setting is often preferred Knowledge of surgical instruments sterile techniques and operating room protocols Basic understanding of anatomy surgical procedures and patient care standards NoteYou can also text WhatsApp message to (phone hidden) if we do not respond to your call or email Work Location - Mysore - Karnataka - India Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
