We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Quality to support our quality operations Key Responsibilities Manage and process product return requests in a timely manner Oversee STG warranty registrations and handle customer complaints related to product quality Maintain and regularly update the product database Coordinate activities related to product datasheets ensuring accuracy and availability Conduct inspections for purchase orders to ensure products meet required standards Check document and track details of product returns and replacements Manage and resolve product quality-related issues in coordination with internal teams Support the sales team by addressing and clarifying product quality concerns Qualifications Requirements Any graduate Good communication and interpersonal skills Solid attention to detail and documentation ability Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams System knowledge is required Salary Up to 23 000 per month Working Days 5 days aligned with GCC working standards Note Females are preferred for this position Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
